FAQs

Do I need any prior experience to join?

No prior tea experience is required to join any of our tea sessions.

However, if you're already familiar with the topics covered in Tea Classes 1 & 2, or have taken similar courses, you'll be able to get even more out of Tea in Depth.

How can I register for the tea class?

You can choose a date that works for you and click „In den Warenkorb“.

Your booking is confirmed once your payment is complete, and you'll receive a confirmation email shortly afterwards.

How does the payment work?

There are two payment methods: Credit Card and Prepayment (Vorkasse).

If you choose Prepayment, you'll receive a PDF with the bank transfer details.

Alternatively, you can pay via TWINT.

When paying by bank transfer or TWINT, please include your full name as the payment reference.

How can I reach the Tea Room?

Location & Directions

The tea room is located in Zollikerberg.

  • On foot: Around a 5–7 minute walk from Zollikerberg (S18/B910), Trichtenhausern (B91), and Hasenbart (B91).
  • By car: Visitor parking is available directly next to the building.

After your booking is confirmed, you'll receive the exact address and detailed directions by email.

If you prefer to call, you're welcome to do so from Monday to Friday, 1:30 PM – 6:00 PM.
